Shipping Policy

We ship orders on a daily basis, Monday to Friday, using DPD or FedEx Express. Both are secure, fully tracked door-to-door services, and all shipments are insured. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

We ship worldwide every day with DPD and FedEx.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using your tracking number at  www.dpd.com or www.fedex.com.

Standard Shipping via Postal Network

  • £8.70 / €9.90 to the UK (Standard Post / Royal Mail)
  • From €10 to Europe (FedEx, depending on location)
  • From €20 outside Europe — USA, Canada, Australia, depending on location

Delivery Times & Liability

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or shipping.
