Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We handle every query individually and to the best of our ability. While we hope you're delighted with your order, if you're not, we'll happily offer you a full refund or exchange once we've confirmed the returned item is in acceptable condition.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the error was on our part.

For your own protection, we strongly recommend you:

  • Return the parcel using a reputable, signed-for delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods.
  • Retain your proof of postage in case of a dispute.

We are unable to refund goods lost or damaged in transit, and the parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches us.

Exchanges

For exchanges, your new item(s) will be dispatched as soon as we receive your returned package. In the unlikely event of an error on our part, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund where goods are returned in a condition that is not resaleable or is damaged.

Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items must have their original tags attached and be in a resaleable condition.

A Note on Product Colours

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible on www.sweatershop.com. However, as computer and device screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your display will show colours with complete accuracy.

Returns from Outside the EU

Returned items will only be credited to the original account used for purchase, less any taxes, import duties, or shipping charges incurred. For exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped once we receive your return and any additional payment that may be required.

Gift Returns

If you received an item from us as a gift, you may exchange it for another item of the same value or higher, provided you cover any price difference along with additional shipping, taxes, import duties, and any other charges arising from the exchange. Please include the gift receipt with the returned item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
