The item is C1347 - Charcoal. The quality of the wool has deteriorated vastly from my order last year for the same item in Black Watch colour.
Last year's item has not yet been washed as it was only worn on limited occasions. The wool is much softer and has a higher density.
Can you please verify that you are still using 'Pure New Wool' and not recycled wool? In the UK there is a Woolmark that is guaranteed - is there such a mark in the Republic of Ireland.
It seems strange that the quality of a product should drop so noticeably in just one year.
