The sweater was nice I tried it on if it fits me it's going to fit her the only problem is it was the wrong color. You would have thought if it's traveling to the US it would be the right color. Well it fit and was nice looking white so I kept now the only problem they sent the blue one I ordered now I have a problem paying for it. They want me to give my credit card over the phone which I never do. They will figure it out and I will pay because I like the sweaters and my wife will end up with 2 really nice sweaters. UPDATE I wanted to pay for the sweater but they said it was their error to keep both. So now they have another buyer in the future.

I have had no communication with them regarding this product which I returned to them at a hefy shipping cost of £13. I asked to have the sweater in LARGE as XL was too large. So now I have no sweater , having paid for the cost of the sweater plus the shipping cost of £13! The sweater is beautiful but customer service is abissmal! They have. not replied to 4 emails.

Gorgeous sweater, soft and warm. On the large side for a medium but that’s better than too small! The neck is a tad tight, but for the quality of the wool, the lovely colour and the handmade artizan work that has gone into this garment it’s fantastic.

The "pure wool Aran sweater" (M size) is beautiful but big for me and not soft enough. It's more of a men's sweater than a women's (or even unisex). I gave it to a friend as a Christmas gift.
